Cream Cheese Frosting

Cream Cheese Frosting
It’s like cheese cake as a frosting!

Ingredients
12 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
about 1 pound powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk

Substitutions
1 teaspoon lemon or almond extract instead of vanilla

Optional
1/2 cup cocoa powder

Cream Cheese Frosting
1, Soften cream cheese and butter, then cream together.

2, Add vanilla and any additional flavors/colors. If you want you can do this last; you might want more than one color/flavor^^.

3, Blend in the milk, then the sugar 1 cup at a time until desired thickness. Makes enough for one triple layer cake, or 1 double with extra for decorating.
